Providence is a dedicated Attorney at Law with a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Lay Adventists of Kigali (UNILAK).
Registered with the Rwanda Bar, she has been providing legal services since 2015, specializing in offering legal aid to indigent populations and vulnerable groups, including victims of human rights abuses.
Providence is the Managing Director of IPRA Law Chambers, where she oversees legal operations and manages a team of professionals committed to providing exceptional legal services.
As a Private Notary, She also offers legal certification and document verification services. Passionate about social justice. Providence advocates for women’s rights and sexual and reproductive health awareness.
